On June 24, 2022, a competition of professional skills among machine milking operators and herd reproduction technologists was held at the summer camp of the Verkhnenurlat branch of the Nurlat Sete farm. The event as part of the jury was attended by Lilia Akhmetzyanova, Deputy General Director for Breeding Work of JSC GPP "Elite".
The competition of machine milking operators was held with the participation of 13 contestants. They had to go through three stages: answer theoretical questions, demonstrate their skills in disassembling and assembling the milking machine, show the skill of milking cows. 11 specialists took part in the competition among technologists for herd reproduction.
As a result , the places in different nominations were distributed as follows:
"The best operator of machine milking" (small farms):
1st place – Rufiya Yarullina (FARM "Ganieva I.I.")
2nd place – Gelusya Mustafina (FARM "Shaidullin AA")
3rd place – Roshania Ibatullina (LLC "Nurlat sete")
"The best operator of machine milking" (large farms):
1st place – Irina Artamonova (LLC "Nurlat sete")
2nd place – Ilgamiya Gilyazova (FARM "A.I. Suleymanov")
3rd place – Angelika Yallina (Agrariy LLC)
"The best technologist for herd reproduction":
1st place – Antonina Semenova (LLC "Nurlat sete")
2nd place – Svetlana Semenova (LLC "Nurlat sete")
3rd place – Flura Shaidullina (FARM "Shaidullin AA").
All winners and prize-winners, as well as participants received gifts from the organizers.
